Key Responsibilities
- Perform masonry including laying bricks, stones, and concrete blocks, as well as tiling, plastering, concrete work, and painting.
- Follow design specifications and project requirements; ensure precise, quality finishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety on site; mix mortar and other materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans; ensure structures are level, aligned, and built to specifications.
- Collaborate with workers and supervisors to meet deadlines and handle other tasks assigned by the supervisor or project manager.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of proven masonry experience in residential or commercial renovation or fit-out projects.
- Ability to read plans and drawings, follow instructions, and use hand and power tools.
- Organizational and time-management skills; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina for lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; Arabic is desirable.
- A valid driver's license is desirable.
Work Environment
- Projects may be residential or commercial, with indoor and outdoor tasks depending on assignment.
- Work location is in person.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,100–2,500 per month.
