Program and role

Curriculum and program design

• Research, develop, and improve curriculum based on industry trends and market requirements.
• Design practical modules on startup ideation, business models, market research, funding, scaling, market entry, global trends, career pathways, interviews, and professional development.
• Use assignments, case studies, simulations, projects, presentations, and industry-based activities; update content for emerging industries, technologies, business models, and employer expectations.

Entrepreneurship mentorship

• Guide students from idea generation through validation, business planning, market entry, and growth strategy.
• Support opportunity evaluation, market research, competitor analysis, customer validation, business model development, pitches, and investor presentations.
• Teach startup funding, fundraising, bootstrapping, and investment-readiness; encourage testing and refining ideas from market feedback and monitor project market-readiness.

Market intelligence and exposure

• Research international markets and incorporate relevant opportunities and global business trends into the curriculum.
• Teach analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, competitors, and emerging industries, including international opportunities.
• Facilitate industry interactions, guest sessions, networking, workshops, and practical exposure.

Career readiness

• Develop and deliver a structured career-readiness track for students pursuing corporate careers.
• Train students in CV and LinkedIn development, interviews, business communication, presentations, public speaking, etiquette, problem-solving, critical thinking, leadership, negotiation, workplace communication, group discussions, case interviews, and business assessments.
• Conduct mock interviews, assessment-center activities, presentations, role plays, and corporate simulations; help students identify career paths and understand recruitment expectations.

Experience requirements

• Entrepreneurship experience: 3 years, required.
• Student mentoring experience: 2 years, required.
• Startup development experience: 1 year, required.

Pay

• The description states AED 5,000–6,000 per hour.
