The employer is hiring tile masons for building projects in Dubai, UAE.
The posting lists two vacancies.
Job responsibilities
- Install floor and wall tiles according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare surfaces, set out layouts, and cut and fit tiles around obstacles.
- Install specified tile types and maintain alignment, joints, levels, and wet-area slopes.
- Complete grouting, joint finishing, and cleanup; coordinate inspections and rectification.
- Protect completed tiling work from damage.
Technical requirements
- Previous tile installation experience on Dubai/UAE building projects and previous Dubai/UAE construction experience are required.
- Skills include floor and wall tiling, tile cutting, levelling, grouting, and finishing.
- Knowledge of tile adhesives, cementitious bedding, spacers, levelling systems, and wet-area slopes is required.
- Ability to read tile layouts and follow approved drawings; familiarity with ceramic and porcelain tiles and safe tile-cutter use.
- Candidates should work independently, follow site instructions, coordinate with other trades, and meet project deadlines.
- Understanding of construction quality standards and site safety requirements is required.
