Recruiting construction professionals in Dubai for two painter vacancies, two carpenter vacancies, and two tile mason vacancies.
Painter duties
- Prepare surfaces using putty, sanding, and primer, then apply emulsion, enamel, and other common finishes.
- Deliver smooth, uniform finishes with minimal wastage.
Carpenter duties
- Measure, cut, fit, and assemble timber and other materials for construction and site installation.
- Install door frames, doors, skirting, and other finishing carpentry elements.
Tile mason duties
- Prepare and level surfaces, set out, cut, install, grout, and finish floor and wall tiles.
- Meet tile alignment and slope requirements, including for bathrooms and wet areas, with consistent joint spacing.
Trade qualifications
- Painters need experience in interior or exterior painting and skills in surface preparation, putty, sanding, priming, and common paint finishes.
- Carpenters need construction carpentry and site installation experience, safe tool use, and ability to read basic drawings and follow site measurements.
- Tile masons need floor and wall tile installation experience, including ceramic, porcelain, and other common tile types.
General requirements and preferences
- Previous experience on Dubai or UAE construction projects is required.
- Good knowledge of site safety and construction quality standards is required.
- Spray painting and decorative finishes are advantageous; immediate availability and multi-skilled candidates are preferred.
