Third Party Risk Management Lead

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence and risk assessments according to third-party tiering and materiality.
• Manage onboarding, ongoing monitoring, incident oversight, remediation and exit activities.
• Identify, assess and escalate material risks and control gaps.
• Maintain the Material Third Party register and supporting Exit and Business Continuity plans.
• Support governance forums, audits, testing and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Business Owners and Second Line functions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, data quality and consistency of the framework.

Candidate requirements

• Strong financial-services experience in Third Party Risk Management.
• Experience developing and embedding TPRM frameworks and conducting risk assessments.
• Knowledge of third-party lifecycle management and governance requirements.
• Experience with TPRM systems and tools, including Workday-WSS.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and effective challenge skills.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Insurance or London Market experience and PRA/FCA knowledge are advantageous.
