The role has full P&L accountability and leads Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams.
Major accountabilities
- Define and execute country Neuroscience strategy across the portfolio, pipeline, and external growth opportunities.
- Lead teams to deliver growth, profitability, and market-share objectives; own budgeting, forecasting, investments, and resource allocation.
- Drive portfolio performance, launch readiness, execution, and customer engagement.
- Translate the five-year ambition into annual plans and measurable priorities; adapt strategy to market, customer, policy, and competitor developments.
- Develop a high-performing organization through coaching, accountability, succession planning, and capability development.
- Represent Neuroscience on the Country Leadership Team and contribute to enterprise-level strategy and decisions.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of pharmaceutical commercial experience, including at least five years in sales or marketing leadership.
- Saudi Arabia or GCC market experience is preferred.
- Neuroscience or Rare Disease experience is a plus.
- Successful launch experience is preferred, with a strong execution track record.
- Demonstrated P&L ownership, strategic planning, forecasting, and investment discipline.
- Strong executive communication, influence, negotiation, strategic, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
