Area Manager, Oncology role based in Riyadh with a hybrid work arrangement.
Lead and inspire a high-performing field force to deliver commercial outcomes and patient impact.
Translate strategy into execution and build accountability, growth, and collaboration across the territory.
Major accountabilities
- Deliver area sales, market share, performance, and profitability results against budget targets.
- Develop strategic sales plans and business plans aligned with regional and global marketing strategy.
- Maintain clients, develop new business, and monitor market and product performance.
- Complete reporting and administrative requirements accurately and on time.
- Manage relationships with key accounts, key opinion leaders, patient associations, and internal colleagues.
- Maintain product and disease-area expertise and coach the team.
Requirements
- University degree in bioscience or business; an advanced degree is preferred.
- At least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in Saudi Arabia with commercial management responsibility.
- Solid Tumor sales experience is required; breast cancer experience is an advantage.
- People leadership experience in sales is preferred.
- Strong understanding of regulatory, access, and market environments.
- Strong relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, and the digital ecosystem.
- Understanding of product launches, commercialization, digital trends, and technology platforms.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
