Testing Specialist
About This Role
Job Description:
Experience: 7+years
- Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of all digital services and platforms
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans covering both manual and automated testing
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to validate application behavior
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate bug-tracking tools
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve product quality
- Conduct performance and security testing to ensure system robustness
- Participate in requirement reviews to provide input on testability and quality risks
- Maintain detailed test documentation, reports, and test cases
- Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies
