Role Overview

One of our clients, a global leader in the Technology industry, is seeking a skilled Penetration Tester to join their remote team as a contractor.

This role involves conducting comprehensive penetration tests and simulated attacks on networks, applications, and systems to uncover vulnerabilities.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in ethical hacking and vulnerability analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive penetration tests and simulated attacks on networks, applications, and systems to uncover vulnerabilities.
  • Perform thorough vulnerability assessments, analyze findings, and prioritize risks based on impact and exploitability.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define testing scopes and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Document detailed findings and communicate technical reports to relevant teams.
  • Continuously update knowledge of security threats and industry best practices to stay ahead of emerging risks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Expertise in penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and ethical hacking.
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks, standards, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Nmap, Burp Suite, and Metasploit.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.
  • Familiarity with cloud security platforms and containerization technologies.
