Testing Group Leader

The opportunity

Role responsibilities

• Oversee resource scheduling, project status reporting, and timely, high-quality completion of test deliverables.
• Manage escalated team issues and help identify training and development needs.
• Implement formal testing methodologies and best practices, and improve departmental tools and processes.
• Support testing strategies and quality risk assessments; ensure compliance with testing-phase and overall SDLC requirements.
• Perform Senior Software Testing Analyst project duties as required.

What you need to be successful

• A third-level Computer Science or related qualification, or extensive relevant experience.
• Extensive experience with change management tools; Azure DevOps (ADOS) or TFS is preferred.
• Extensive experience with web-based, interactive voice response, and locally deployed client-server projects.
• Experience evaluating tools and technologies and testing randomization schemas.
• Knowledge of drug management, GxP regulatory requirements, and supply chain management.
• Strong software and object-oriented systems development and testing background, including test strategy and tool adoption.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK without restrictions or hold a permit allowing full-time UK employment.
