Job Location: Dubai
We're looking for a hands-on Testing Lead to support end-to-end testing for card payment systems and drive successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate UAT and functional testing for card issuing and acquiring applications.
- Prepare test plans, execute functional, regression, integration, and compliance testing.
- Validate end-to-end transaction flows, settlements, and reconciliation processes.
- Identify, track, and resolve defects by working closely with business and development teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, Visa, Mastercard, vendors, and service providers on system changes and new initiatives.
- Provide regular testing status updates and ensure timely project sign-off.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Banking/Payments with strong exposure to Cards Issuing & Acquiring.
- Hands-on experience in functional, UAT, regression, and integration testing.
- Good understanding of card transaction lifecycle, authorization, clearing, settlement, chargebacks, interchange, merchant onboarding, and payments.
- Experience working on payment systems implementation or transformation projects.
- Knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, and card scheme processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
