Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant (AI Agentic Studio & Redwood)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle AI Agentic Studio, Generative AI, Redwood UX, and Oracle Fusion HCM.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on implementation experience across Core HCM modules, AI-powered HR solutions, and Fusion HCM technical development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI-powered HR solutions using Oracle AI Agentic Studio and Generative AI.
  • Configure and enhance Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence, Talent Management, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and ORC Recruiting.
  • Develop and customize Redwood UX pages using Page Composer, Visual Builder Studio (VBS), and Redwood themes.
  • Build integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and VBCS.
  • Develop HCM technical components including HDL/HSDL, Fast Formula, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
  • Support end-to-end implementation activities including configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable HR solutions.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle AI Agentic Studio and Generative AI features.
  • Implementation experience in at least three Core HCM modules (Core HR/Global HR preferred).
  • Strong expertise in Redwood UX (Version 26B).
  • Experience with Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, HDL, HSDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fast Formula.
  • Technical proficiency in Java and SQL.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Expert-level experience implementing Oracle AI Agentic Studio.
  • Intermediate candidates with strong AI Agentic Studio knowledge and learning experience will also be considered.
  • Experience with Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) and AI-driven HR automation is an added advantage.
