🔒 Key Requirements
We are looking for a talented and experienced professional to take on the role of Test Lead for the OPS department.
The ideal candidate will be a focused, result‑oriented professional with 7+ years of experience in IT software, specifically in Cards & Payments (Prime Issuing & Acquiring applications) and functional testing.
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive testing of Prime Issuing and Acquiring application modules, with strong hands‑on experience in functional testing.
Perform end‑to‑end testing across multiple system modules, including validation of transaction flows, report reconciliation, and settlements.
Apply strong domain expertise across various testing types, including functional, regression, and compliance testing, ensuring proper integration of payment gateways and transaction workflows.
Identify, document, and track defects, closely collaborating with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate testing activities with Business, Operations, Development teams, and other key stakeholders.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of the card domain, with clear understanding of the transaction lifecycle from authorization through settlement.
Provide regular test status and progress reports, highlighting critical issues, resolutions, and overall testing health.
Work effectively both independently and collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.
Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Show high adaptability across environments and the ability to quickly learn new domains and systems.
