Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end automated test suites using Playwright.
- Develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks in Java or JavaScript.
- Implement and execute test strategies using TestNG/JUnit.
- Manage build and test execution using Gradle.
- Conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to automation best practices.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to define and improve testing strategies.
- Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve automation/test execution issues.
- Champion automation-first QA culture across the organization.
Tech Stack & Skills Required
- Hands-on experience with Playwright for end-to-end testing.
- Strong proficiency in Java or JavaScript.
- Experience with TestNG / JUnit frameworks.
- Proficiency in Gradle build tool.
- Solid understanding of testing strategies and QA methodologies.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and drive team-wide quality practices.
- Experience conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices.
- Passion for test automation and scalable test systems.
- AI/ML testing exposure is a plus.
