Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Professional.

The Sales Professional will be responsible for developing and nurturing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and meeting sales targets.

Daily tasks include prospecting new business opportunities, delivering tailored proposals to customers, maintaining detailed knowledge of products and services, and collaborating with internal teams to address client needs.

You will also represent the company in meetings, conferences, and events, actively contributing to the business growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development: Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management, with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong presentation abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with laboratory equipment, analytical technologies such as gas generators, LC-MS, and GC systems is highly advantageous.
  • Problem Solving and Adaptability: Ability to identify customer needs, propose tailored solutions, and adapt to dynamic market changes.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; ability to interpret technical specifications is desirable.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (Science, or a related field preferred.)
  • Personal Attributes: Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
