The Territory Manager - Surgery is responsible for business growth and achieving planned quarterly and annual sales goals.
The position is field-based, primarily in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities
- Identify relevant quarterly target customers across segments to support annual business plans.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales priorities through effective use of time and resources.
- Advance target customers through the sales cycle and expand knowledge of the complete product line.
- Educate customers on product application, features, functions, and benefits.
- Manage internal and external customer relationships and communications.
- Attend operating-room procedures with focus specialties three days per week.
- Train surgeons and nurses in service on company systems.
- Meet quarterly and annual growth goals and increase calls that advance customers through the selling cycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, pharmacy, or medical science.
- At least 1–2 years of medical-device experience; operating-room experience and presentation skills are required.
- Tender management knowledge is required.
- Medical knowledge of procedures and anatomy across different surgery types is required.
- Strong understanding of key account management principles is required.
- Gulf countries experience is highly recommended.
- Fluent English and Arabic are a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, analytical, planning, and resource allocation skills are sought.
