Role Description
The Territory Manager is a part-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for managing and growing business within an assigned territory.
This role includes building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their HR and business needs, and promoting HR Experts’ services and solutions.
The Territory Manager will conduct regular client visits, identify new business opportunities, and support negotiations and proposals to meet sales and revenue targets.
Day-to-day tasks include territory planning, tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
The role also involves monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and regional developments to inform strategy and drive sustainable growth in the territory.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in territory management, field sales, or business development, preferably within HR services, consulting, or professional services.
- Strong client relationship management, networking, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
- Solid skills in planning, forecasting, and reporting, including territory planning, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with proficiency in preparing proposals and delivering client-facing meetings.
- Good understanding of regional market dynamics in the GCC, especially in Dubai and Saudi Arabia; familiarity with Vision 2030 and related initiatives is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently on-site, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple accounts and tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, productivity tools, and basic data analysis to support decision-making and reporting.
