Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager based in Dubai.
The Key Account Manager will oversee the management of key client accounts, build strong client relationships, and identify growth opportunities.
Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing account strategies, addressing client needs and concerns, and analyzing performance metrics to improve business outcomes.
This role also entails collaborating with internal teams to ensure clients receive exceptional service and support.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Account Management and managing Key Accounts
- Proficiency in Business Planning and Analytical Skills
- Excellent Customer Service and relationship-building capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans for client success
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the Middle East market or with international clients is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
