Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Territory Manager at RAI-TECH.
The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing and growing accounts within an assigned geographic area, including identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing customer relationships.
Daily activities include conducting virtual meetings and product demonstrations, responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and following up on leads.
The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to relay market feedback, support marketing initiatives, and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activities.
The Territory Manager will maintain up-to-date knowledge of RAI-TECH products, industry trends, and competitors to effectively position solutions and support customer success.
Qualifications
- Experience in territory or account management, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing sales opportunities.
- Strong customer relationship skills, with the ability to build trust, understand client needs, and provide consultative support.
- Familiarity with agricultural technology, irrigation systems, or related industrial products is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, virtual meeting platforms, and basic productivity software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations).
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in accessible language.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote, part-time environment.
- Ability to analyze basic sales and territory performance data to inform planning and reporting.
- Relevant education in business, agriculture, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
