  • You build strong relationships by gaining trust and understanding customer needs, translate insights into practical solutions, and influence outcomes through clear, two-way communication. You plan and prioritize effectively, adapting quickly to changing market conditions while staying focused on results. You collaborate across teams, bring a hands-on approach to your work, and take initiative to identify opportunities that create value for customers and Emerson.
  • For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Experience working with distribution channels, ideally within electrical, industrial, or plumbing markets.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, industrial distribution, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing territory business plans that drive incremental growth.
  • Experience conducting field product demonstrations, training, and technical problem solving with end users and distributors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to introduce new products and solutions to expand market share.
  • Experience developing and managing monthly and annual sales forecasts.
  • A consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience in B2B sales, marketing, or technical support within a professional tools or industrial environment.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
