WHO YOU ARE

  • You design processes and procedures that allow managing from a distance. You evaluate pros and cons, risks and benefits of different solution options. You provide timely and helpful information to individuals across the organization. You push yourself and help others achieve results. You establish clear responsibilities and processes for monitoring work and measuring results.
  • FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
  • A Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related discipline
  • 10+ years of relevant tech industry experience.
  • 5+ years managing teams of engineers and/or project managers
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time.
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills. Fluency in English
  • Experience in managing development and delivery of NI Platform based systems and solutions
  • Strong technical and executive communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and work effectively with teams.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future
  • Individuals with temporary visas such as E, F-1 (including those with OPT or CPT), H-1, H-2, L-1, B, J or TN, or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire.
  • Experience in Test and measurement, Aerospace industry, or Defense
  • MBA and equivalent work tech industry experience.
