Territory Development Associate

Role

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize target institutions and partners, map stakeholders, and maintain a territory development pipeline.
• Conduct market and stakeholder research and prepare briefings and presentations.
• Coordinate outreach with the broader team and support fundraising initiatives.
• Draft proposals and track commitments, contributions, and follow-up actions.
• Organize meetings and events and maintain records in CRM or tracking tools.
• Collaborate on strategies to advance value-based healthcare initiatives in the region.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English; Arabic or French proficiency is advantageous.
• Analytical and research capabilities to assess opportunities, interpret data, and support evidence-based decisions.
• Fundraising-related skills, including donor outreach, proposal preparation, and tracking contributions and follow-ups.
• Able to work independently in a hybrid environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.

Preferred Background and Tools

• A background in public health, healthcare management, business, economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems, health policy, or value-based healthcare concepts is beneficial.
• Productivity and collaboration tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and CRM systems are advantageous.
