Description UAE – REQUIRED FOR REPUTED COMPANY (EMARAT PETROLEUM PROJECT) TERMINAL OPERATOR - 10 NOS Qualification & Experience

• Diploma or Secondary School Education with Technical background or vocational training with minimum 3 years in oil & gas operations.
• Proficiency in written & spoken English Language.
• Must be physically fit for enduring exhaustive field work.
• Light duty driving license is a must.

Job Description

• Truck Loading / Decanting: Receives work assignments from supervisor, arranges for necessary tools and equipment and proceeds to job site to perform the required work. Oversees and participates in the loading of vehicles as assigned, including giving directions to Assistant Terminal Operator, verifying compliance with Product Delivery Note (PDN), ensuring truck compartments are clean and free of product and that all connections are securely and properly fitted prior to commencing loading.
• Product Receipt Operations: Responsible for carrying out all the operations related to the product receipts by tanker/barge, including guiding the vessel berthing in line with the allocated manifold, instructing operator for witnessing sampling and gauging of ship's tanks, communicating with terminal/ship for commencement of discharge, periodic checking of discharged product quality & quantity, ship/shore checks, gauging and lining up of shore tank, and checking line quantity at terminal end.
• Product Storage: Monitor and responsible for carrying out water draining, gauging, sampling of terminal tank after receipt, transfer, blend, etc. Monitor daily tank gauging, work out provisional stock variation, investigate abnormal stock variations, and draw required samples periodically to monitor product quality as per customer quality control program.
• Product Value Addition / Blending: Monitor and responsible for operations such as pigging or flushing of product pipelines (including pigging connection, pig launcher operation, lining up & monitoring movement) and any other blending or value addition operations.
• Product Loading/Delivery: Monitor and responsible for carrying out operations related to product delivery by tanker, barge, truck (from slop tank), etc.
• Tanker Handling: Monitor and responsible for carrying out all the operations related to the safe handling of tankers.
• Candidates should have experience in FUEL / LPG / NATURAL GAS Operation & Maintenance.
