Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Tendering Manager role located in Al Khor.
The Tendering Manager will be responsible for managing the tendering process, from proposal preparation to submission, ensuring compliance with company goals and client requirements.
Key responsibilities
include analyzing tender documents, preparing cost estimates, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and liaising with clients.
The manager will also oversee tender negotiations, evaluate risks, and ensure timely delivery of all tender-related activities in alignment with strategic business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in bid preparation, budget estimations, and risk assessment related to tender management
- Proficiency in project management and resource planning
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of local and international contracting standards and regulations
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with the construction, industrial services, or related industries is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior management experience in tendering or procurement processes
