Location and work arrangement

• The role is based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
• Work location is in person.

Compensation

• The description gives a salary range of ₹35,000–₹1,00,000 per month based on experience and separately lists pay of ₹35,000–₹1,30,000 per month.

Responsibilities

• Manage coal tenders from identification through submission and closure; handle e-tendering, online bids, and tender documentation.
• Prepare tender costing, BOQs, price schedules, and commercial analyses; conduct coal pricing and rate analysis.
• Manage EMD, bank guarantees, and tender compliance; handle tender evaluation, negotiations, and contract documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, transporters, and internal teams; manage multiple tenders and ensure timely submissions.
• Maintain MIS and tender records using MS Excel; handle coal transportation and logistics-related tender requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant tender management experience.
• Coal or mining sector experience is preferred; Coal India tender experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, documentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders within strict deadlines.
