SPRN Minerals Pvt. Ltd. is hiring two Junior Civil Engineers for construction, infrastructure, industrial, and interior development projects.
The position is based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, and is site-based.
Compensation
- Salary is ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with site execution according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Supervise construction activities and monitor work progress.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and labour teams.
- Measure concrete, reinforcement, shuttering, and finishing works.
- Maintain site records, Measurement Books, and daily progress reports.
- Assist with BOQ verification, quantity estimation, and material reconciliation.
- Monitor quality standards and safety compliance.
- Report site issues and support timely project completion.
- Read and interpret civil drawings and technical specifications.
Requirements
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in civil construction.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Understanding of BOQ, measurements, and site execution.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in building construction, industrial projects, interior works, marble, flooring, false ceiling, or finishing works is preferred.
Workplace
- The work location is in person and site-based.
