Temp Payroll Analyst

Our Temporary Payroll Analyst will be part of the NAMER payroll team responsible for preparing and processing US and Canada payroll for assigned entities within Monks. This is a role for someone curious to learn more and willing to innovate. The Payroll Analyst will partner with the Payroll Manager in processing payroll for over 700 full-time and part-time employees, in addition to our contingent/freelance teams. This position will administer both semi-monthly and bi-weekly payroll, ensuring that pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

At least 3 years experience processing medium to large size company payroll

Experience with processing multi-state payroll

Experience with G Suite, including Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets, is a plus

Experience with Ceridian/Dayforce and Workday is a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excel in analytical and problem solving skills

Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments

Ability to multi-task with attention to detail and minimal supervision

This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy. If you reside within a commutable distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week.
