University Housing is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated person to serve as a Operations Systems Services Coordinator. Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for answering inbound calls and providing clarification to maintenance personnel regarding any follow up customer service.

Frequently escorts outside contractors inside residence halls Attend staff meetings on a regular basis Coaching, training, and supervision with student staff Other duties as assigned Must be able to work until 6pm Preferred Qualifications Attention to detail and organization Able to work on own Experience and strong Customer Service Knowledge Experience in conflict resolution with Customers
