Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with potential clients via phone calls and digital communication channels.
• Understand client needs and provide accurate information about our treatments and services.
• Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with prospective clients.
• Convert inquiries into consultations and treatment bookings.
• Manage and update client information within the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance objectives.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 2 years of telesales experience.
• Very good to excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Flexible to work extended hours when required.
