Working Hours: 9 hours per day (with 1-hour lunch break)
Working Days: 6 days per week
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle sales activities, generate leads, and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain and manage client relationships.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Coordinate between management, employees, and clients as needed.
- Support other office activities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales and HR or similar roles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic HR processes and sales techniques.
