Telesales Specialist

About This Role

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our real estate team. The role focuses on engaging potential clients in the US market, promoting property investment opportunities, and driving sales through effective communication. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working flexible hours aligned with US time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients based in the US
• Promote real estate projects, investment opportunities, and property listings
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems
• Build strong relationships with potential buyers and investors
• Schedule meetings or virtual presentations for the sales team
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Handle objections professionally and convert inquiries into sales opportunities

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or real estate sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (neutral or US accent preferred)
• Ability to work flexible hours (US shift / night shift)
• Strong sales mindset and target-oriented approach
• Basic knowledge of real estate is an advantage
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
