About the Role
We're hiring a Content Creator to join our marketing team in Dubai.
This role is centered around personal branding content for our real estate agents.
Ex : agent-led videos, day-in-the-life content, market commentary, and lifestyle-driven storytelling.
You'll work closely with our Social Media Manager, shooting and editing agent-focused content while also contributing creative direction and ideas.
Responsibilities
- Shooting and editing personal branding content for real estate agents (talking-head videos, day-in-the-life, market updates, client interactions)
- Creating short-form video content for various social media platforms
- Coaching agents on camera presence and helping them feel comfortable on shoots
- Staying on top of real estate and social media trends, adapting content style accordingly
- Managing your own content pipeline from concept to publish-ready asset
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Media, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1 - 2 years of experience creating content for social media (internships count)
- Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating shooting and editing skills
- Comfortable directing others on camera, and confident on camera yourself
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Canva, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of various social media content formats, particularly personal branding content
- Based in Dubai and available to work on-site
