Responsibilities
- Handle inbound enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand learners' career goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Convert qualified enquiries into successful admissions.
- Build relationships through professional follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate CRM and student records.
- Achieve monthly enrollment targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE sales experience.
- Experience in education or EdTech sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong closing ability and a target-driven mindset.
- Positive, confident, and self-motivated approach.
Compensation
- The advertised pay is AED 3,500 to AED 4,500 per month.
- The compensation includes a fixed salary and unlimited incentives.
Workplace
- The work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
