Role overview
The inside sales role converts prospective students into enrolled learners.
The work combines consultative counselling with monthly admission and revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and website forms.
- Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable certification courses.
- Explain course content, learning outcomes, fees, and career pathways.
- Follow up with interested prospects and close paid enrollments.
- Meet monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain lead records, follow-up notes, and conversion updates in CRM.
- Share lead-quality feedback with marketing.
- Support education fairs, corporate outreach events, and webinars when required.
Mandatory requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on inside sales experience.
- Currently based in Dubai, UAE, and available to join immediately.
- Strong consultative selling, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Comfortable managing leads and working towards monthly targets.
- EdTech, admission counselling, or course and certification sales experience is strongly preferred.
Shortlisting criteria
- Candidates serving a notice period, with more than three years of experience, or with experience limited to field, agency, or channel sales will not be considered.

Pay
