- Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound calls to Nepali residents and migrant workers across the Gulf region.
- Consult with clients over the phone, understand their relocation goals, and pitch European/Schengen immigration and travel pathways.
- Confidently handle client objections, build deep trust over the phone, and guide prospects from initial inquiry to signed contract.
- Follow up aggressively with hot and warm leads to maximize conversion rates and prevent pipeline drop-offs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and registration targets to maximize your own commission payout.
