About This Role
We're hiring an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to boost company sales through lead generation, phone-based deal closures, and fostering lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 50-60 outbound calls daily to potential and existing customers using scripts.
- Promote products/services, field questions about offerings or the company, and uncover needs to secure sales.
- Route suitable prospects to the field sales team when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the database.
- Grasp ERP business solutions to support informed discussions.
- Process orders meticulously and exceed sales quotas by delivering exceptional service.
- Log calls, sales outcomes, and valuable insights for ongoing improvement.
Required Skills
- Solid understanding of key ERP modules (e.g., CRM, Human Resources, Trading, Manufacturing, Accounts).
- Quick learner able to articulate products/services compellingly to prospects.
- Excellent command of English.
- Top-tier communication and interpersonal skills.
- Composed demeanor to manage rejection effectively.
- Strong negotiation prowess for resolving issues and handling complaints.
