About This Role
We are hiring an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to drive company revenue by generating leads, closing sales over the phone, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 50–60 outbound calls per day to potential and existing customers using prepared scripts.
- Introduce our products and services, address questions, and identify customer needs to convert them into sales.
- Pass on qualified prospects to the field sales team whenever necessary.
- Update and maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer records in the CRM/database.
- Develop a solid understanding of ERP business solutions to support meaningful, value‑based conversations.
- Take and process orders accurately while consistently exceeding sales targets through high‑quality service.
- Log call details, sales results, and key insights to help improve performance and processes.
Required Skills
- Working knowledge of core ERP modules such as CRM, HR, Trading, Manufacturing, and Accounts.
- Ability to quickly learn product information and present it clearly and persuasively to prospects.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A calm and confident approach to handle rejection and difficult conversations.
- Strong negotiation skills to resolve issues and manage customer complaints effectively.
