Key Responsibilities

• **Outbound Calling**:Initiating calls to potential customers to inform them about products or services and generate interest.
• **Inbound Call Handling**:Responding to customer queries, questions, and complaints that arise from marketing campaigns or direct responses.
• **Needs Assessment**:Asking relevant questions to understand customer needs, problems, and preferences to offer tailored solutions.
• **Sales & Upselling**:Persuading customers to purchase products, and suggesting complementary or premium offerings (upselling and cross-selling).
• **Lead Qualification**:Identifying prospects who are ready to buy and forwarding them to the field sales team.
• **Record Keeping**:Accurately recording and updating customer information, call details, and sales transactions in a database or CRM system.
• **Sales Targets**:Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals and quotas.
• **Customer Relationship Management**:Building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with customers to foster satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
