Job Description
- Responsible for counselling students and parents on suitable courses, universities, and career opportunities based on individual needs and aspirations.
- Assess student requirements and recommend appropriate academic programs while handling inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, walk-ins, and timely follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions using CRM tools.
- Consistently work towards achieving monthly and quarterly admission targets set by management by effectively converting leads into enrollments through strong counselling and persuasion skills.
- Conduct counselling sessions through multiple channels including phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding course fees, required documentation, and admission procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students to enhance conversion rates, while coordinating closely with internal teams such as admissions, operations, and marketing to ensure a smooth and efficient admission process.
