Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Telesales Executive** to join our interior fit-out company in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and promoting our interior fit-out services to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company services
- Generate and qualify leads for interior fit-out and design projects
- Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems
- Schedule meetings for the sales team with potential clients
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and proposals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets
- Handle client queries and provide accurate information about services
- Coordinate with the sales and design team for client requirements
- Stay updated on company offerings, industry trends, and competitors
Requirements
- Proven experience as a telesales executive or similar role (UAE experience preferred)
- Experience in interior fit-out, construction, or real estate industry is an advantage
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
