The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, generating leads, promoting real estate services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
- Promote the company's real estate services and projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for property consultants.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Requirements
- **Must be fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).**
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- **Must have a valid UAE residence visa (Own Visa / Freelance Visa / Sponsored Visa).**
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the UAE real estate industry is an advantage.
- Ability to generate and convert leads effectively.
