We are looking for motivated and confident female telesales executives to join our Training & Inspection services team.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good customer handling ability, and experience or interest in sales, preferably in the Training, Safety, or Inspection industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services
- Promote training courses and inspection services to corporate and individual clients
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Follow up with clients regularly to close deals
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management
- Handle customer queries in a professional manner
- Coordinate with the operations/training team for scheduling and bookings
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Female candidates only
• Prefer Husband Visa
- Minimum: 12th Pass or Graduate (Any field)
- Experience in telesales / telemarketing preferred (Training & Inspection industry is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills in **English (mandatory)**
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM systems)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
What We Offer
- Basic salary: AED 2,000 – AED 3,000 (based on experience)
