A M A Home Real Estate is seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential clients, and promoting real estate properties.
This role plays a key part in connecting clients with suitable property options and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from company databases
- Handle inbound inquiries related to property listings
- Promote real estate projects and available units to prospective clients
- Qualify leads based on client needs, budget, and preferences
- Schedule property viewings and meetings with sales consultants
- Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system
- Follow up with clients to ensure lead conversion
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with clients over the phone
- Proven experience in customer service and customer support
- Proficiency in lead generation and identifying sales opportunities
- Sales expertise, including negotiation and persuasion skills to successfully close deals
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages commonly spoken in Dubai is an advantage
- Prior experience in real estate telesales or a similar sales role is an advantage
- **Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate telesales is required**
