Telesales Executive – Dubai (3 vacancies)
**Job Type:** Full-time
Elite Capital is looking for a **motivated and energetic Telesales Executive** to join our growing team in Dubai.
If you have strong communication skills, enjoy speaking with clients, and want to grow your career in the **UAE mortgage industry**, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients through **outbound calls** and follow up on company-provided leads.
- Introduce and explain our **mortgage services** to potential customers.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for mortgage consultants.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into successful deals.
Requirements
- Previous **telesales or call centre experience** (real estate or financial services is a plus).
- Excellent **communication and persuasion skills**.
- Fluency in **English** (Arabic is an advantage).
- Strong phone presence and ability to handle objections.
- Basic knowledge of the **UAE real estate or mortgage market** is a plus.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and confident.
