Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Telesales Executive located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Telesales Executive will be responsible for engaging with clients to promote IGL Cargo services, generating leads, identifying client needs, and managing relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
The role involves daily communication with potential and existing customers, providing support, and meeting sales targets through effective telesales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively engaging with clients and addressing their needs
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales to identify potential opportunities and meet sales objectives
- Proficiency in Customer Support to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients
- Proven ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of freight or logistics services is an advantage
- Proficiency in relevant software and CRM systems is a plus
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
