The Mission
- As a Tele-Sales Consultant, you are the face of our institute.
- Your goal is to guide prospective students toward the right educational path through strategic communication and relationship building.
- **Consultative Selling:** Transform warm leads into enrollments by identifying student needs and matching them with our premium courses.
- **Lead Management:** Execute high-volume outbound calls with professionalism and energy.
- **Relationship Building:** Manage your sales pipeline through our CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and a seamless onboarding experience.
- **Target Mastery:** Consistently meet and exceed monthly enrollment KPIs.
Who You Are
- **Language Master:** Full professional fluency in **Arabic** is essential. You must be able to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- **Bilingual Edge:** Functional English skills to navigate our internal systems and coordinate with our international team.
- **Proven Closer:** You have a background in Telesales, Call Centers, or Educational Sales (UAE experience is a major plus).
