  • Explain program details, pricing, schedules, and enrollment procedures clearly and professionally.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Handle and close sales effectively to meet conversion targets.
  • Follow up with potential clients through calls, emails, and messages to maximize enrollments.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
