- Coordinate with academic teams to ensure course content meets learning objectives and industry standards.
- Conduct training needs analysis and recommend new learning solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and learning outcomes.
- Maintain accreditation documentation and ensure compliance with accreditation requirements.
- Coordinate accreditation audits, inspections, and renewal processes.
- Prepare reports, policies, and evidence required for accreditation bodies.
- Ensure curriculum, assessments, and training materials align with accreditation standards.
- Manage learning management systems (LMS) and training records.
- Analyze feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives for educational products and programs.
- Collaborate with faculty and stakeholders to enhance the quality of education and student experience.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to learning, training, and accreditation.
