- Make outbound calls to potential clients
- Generate and qualify leads
- Follow up with clients and schedule appointments
- Maintain client records and daily call reports
- Support the sales team in achieving targets

- Previous telesales or call center experience
- Confident and professional communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Real estate experience is a plus
