Telesales Executive

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls and generate qualified leads.
• Identify potential investors and buyers interested in UAE real estate opportunities.
• Promote off-plan and secondary-market properties to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain client relationships through calls and follow-ups.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the Investment Manager team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• UAE experience is mandatory, and candidates must currently be based in Dubai, UAE.
• Experience in telesales, telemarketing, cold calling, or direct sales is sought.
• Experience handling high-volume outbound calls and generating leads is required.
• Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills are required.
• A target-oriented, sales-driven mindset is sought.
• Experience in real estate, EdTech, banking, financial services, insurance, or related industries is preferred.
• Prior real estate experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
